Requirements

Active Florida CNA certification in good standing
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Willingness to follow policies, procedures, and ongoing training requirements

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Assist residents with bathing, grooming, mobility, toileting, and meals
Observe and report changes in the resident's condition to the nursing staff
Promote dignity, comfort, and respect in every interaction
Support safety, infection control, and quality-of-care standards
Work collaboratively with the nursing and interdisciplinary teams
