Responsibilities

Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
Support residents with bathing, grooming, mobility, and meals
Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff
Promote dignity and respect in every interaction
Work as part of an interdisciplinary care team to ensure quality outcomes
Follow all infection control and safety protocols
Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
Compliance with all facility policies and participation in ongoing training is a condition of employment.
