Monitor residents’ physical and emotional well-being, observing and reporting any changes in condition or behavior to the nursing staff. Assist with maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents, including bed making, room tidying, and infection control practices. Support nursing staff in delivering treatments, procedures, and documentation as directed, ensuring compliance with facility policies and protocols. Foster positive relationships with residents and their families, promoting dignity, respect, and quality of life.

Requirements

  • High school education (required)
  • Active, good standing MA CNA license

Responsibilities
