Requirements

  • Valid California CNA license (required)
  • Must pass pre-employment background check and physical
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members
  • A caring and dependable attitude
  • Must be able to work full-time on a 4-2 rotation schedule
  • Available for AM, PM, or NOC shifts

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct daily care to residents based on individual care plans
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, mobility, and meals
  • Observe and report any changes in resident condition to the Charge Nurse promptly
  • Report any incidents or accidents during your shift
  • Protect residents' privacy by maintaining confidentiality of health information
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in resident areas
  • Work within a 4-on, 2-off rotation schedule
