Requirements
- Valid California CNA license (required)
- Must pass pre-employment background check and physical
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members
- A caring and dependable attitude
- Must be able to work full-time on a 4-2 rotation schedule
- Available for AM, PM, or NOC shifts
Responsibilities
- Provide direct daily care to residents based on individual care plans
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, mobility, and meals
- Observe and report any changes in resident condition to the Charge Nurse promptly
- Report any incidents or accidents during your shift
- Protect residents' privacy by maintaining confidentiality of health information
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in resident areas
- Work within a 4-on, 2-off rotation schedule
