About The Position
Start your day making a difference. We are seeking a compassionate, dependable CNA to join our long-term care team on the 7 AM – 3 PM shift. If you are passionate about resident-centered care and thrive in a team-focused environment, we’d love to meet you. 💙 What You’ll Do: Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding) Take vital signs and report changes in condition Safely transfer and reposition residents Answer call lights and respond promptly to resident needs Support restorative care and daily activities Maintain accurate electronic documentation Promote residents’ dignity, rights, and quality of life
Requirements
- Active Louisiana CNA certification (required)
- Compassionate and team-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
