About The Position

Seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide acute care support in a float capacity. This assignment involves coordinated patient home visits with transportation arranged by the facility. Candidate must be comfortable working in varied care environments and supporting diverse patient needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CNA experience in acute care (required).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• BLS Certification (required).

Nice To Haves

• Home Health experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of nursing staff.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, and hygiene.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Support acute care needs in both facility and home-based settings.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established care plans.
• Ensure patient safety and infection control practices at all times.
