Requirements
- Active CNA Certification in the State of Arizona (Required)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Responsibilities
- Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transfers, ambulation)
- Take vital signs and monitor residents’ physical and mental status
- Assist nursing staff with basic medical procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Ensure a safe, clean, and respectful environment
- Respond appropriately in emergency situations
