About The Position
About the agency: Willamette Family is a longstanding substance use treatment and behavioral healthcare provider that strives to support our community. Willamette Family is accredited by the Council on Accreditation (COA), noting that we meet or exceed the national standards for excellence in behavioral healthcare Summary of Position: CNAs are tasked with assisting in the direct daily care of patients in WF Medically Supervised Withdrawal Management. CNAs work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), or a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) While on duty. Shift & position: Hiring for multiple shifts!!
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current CNA Certification.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Experience in patient care settings.
- This role requires the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to be available on-site
- Must be located in the Eugene, OR area or be willing to commute.
- Background Check Approval from the Department of Human Services (Initiated post-offer)
- Pre-employment Drug Screening (including Cannabis/THC) (Initiated post-offer)
- Effective 03/28/2025- Willamette Family has a required 12 month waiting period before former clients can apply for employment. This policy is in place to ensure professional boundaries and avoid potential conflicts of interest.
