What You'll Do Complete thorough substance abuse assessments, intakes, and admission interviews. Deliver outpatient treatment and early intervention services with individualized treatment plans. Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions using evidence-based practices. Use Motivational Interviewing to engage clients and strengthen commitment to recovery. Coordinate and facilitate substance use testing; administer tests when needed. Collaborate with treatment team members, program director, and outside providers. Connect clients to community resources to support long-term recovery. Maintain accurate documentation meeting agency, state, and accreditation standards. Achieve a minimum of 22 weekly billable hours while keeping focus on client success. Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing learning opportunities. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field preferred.
Addiction certification (or eligibility within 6 months) required.
Background working with individuals facing substance use or co-occurring disorders.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills; comfortable with technology.
Compassionate, trauma-informed, professional, and approachable.
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, ability to pass TB test, and willingness to maintain required training/licensure.
