Requirements

Active CNA certification in the state of California
Passion for working with seniors in a caring, respectful manner
Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing
Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn electronic documentation systems
Ability to follow instructions, think critically, and work independently when needed
Current medical clearance and ability to pass a background check
Team-oriented mindset with reliability and compassion
Valid CNA certificate
Government-issued ID
Social Security card
Professional references and any additional certifications
