About The Position
First Colonial Inn, a Kisco Senior Living community, is seeking CNA/NA/PCA professionals to provide exceptional care and support to our residents. If you are passionate about senior care and committed to making a difference, we want to hear from you! $2000 Sign on Bonus Paid out - 1/2 at 90 days and 1/2 at 6 months Pay & Shift Differentials Base Pay: $17.45/hour Evening Shift: $18.95/hour (includes $1.50 differential) Overnight Shift: $19.95/hour (includes $2.50 differential) Schedule Shifts Available: Part Time 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM Why Work With Us? Requirements
- CNA / NA or PCA certification (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide compassionate, person-centered care
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition
- Support wellness programs and maintain safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional service
