About The Position

Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant - Clinical for a 13-week travel assignment in Eagle River, WI. Contract Details 3-12hr shifts days and nights rotation; 12hr Variable Days/NOCs Start Date: 04/20/2026 Contract Length: 13 weeks Location: Eagle River, WI Hourly Pay: $ 22.00 Non-taxed Stipend: $455.00 Weekly Total Pay: $1,049.00 Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36 Weekend Rotation Requirements: Every other On Call/Call Back Requirements: Can be low censused and put on call. Call back minimum is 2 hours Weekend/Holiday Requirements: Every other weekend and every other holiday Radius Rule: Contractors must be outside a 50 mile radius of facility exp 4/10 Charting Experience: EPIC preferred Float Requirements: as needed to all inpatient units – possible float to other locations in the North region - Rhinelander, Tomahawk, Woodruff Unit Information MS Unit : Patient Ratio 1:10-1:15. The major conditions/most frequent diagnoses treated: Adults - respiratory illnesses, stroke, other neurological conditions (such as seizure disorders, Multiple Sclerosis, chronic back pain), gastrointestinal illness, diabetic management, renal failure, urinary tract disorders, sepsis, wound care, clotting disorders, other infectious disease processes, and acute alcohol withdrawal. GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where the unit is closed. During the flu season, any traveler who declines flu and COVID vaccination is required to wear a mask always. This is policy, and compliance is mandatory (No exceptions). Failure to follow the policy may result in corrective action. Contract is eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours.

Requirements

  • Must have at least 1 year inpatient experience required.
  • Must have a High school Diploma
  • Must have WI CNA License And BLS ( AHA or ARC)
  • Must be hard worker, resilient and manage change well, social candidates:
  • Must have ability to manage independently and complete tasks timely, willingness to ask questions and collaborate with team and ancillary staff to ensure the best patient experience possible.
  • Must have a positive attitude and flexibility with constant changes which can occur throughout a shift
  • Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
  • Drug screen and background check (facility required)
  • Additional facility onboarding forms as assigned

  • Charting Experience: EPIC preferred

Responsibilities

  • Clearly and correctly document all care and services provided, completing nurse duties professionally and on time.
  • Assist providers and other staff as needed, anticipating the needs of these individuals to ensure efficient and quality patient care.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to be an effective resource for their patients, providers, and fellow clinic staff.
  • Assist with ADLs, full set vitals, POC blood glucose, Foley care/empty, bladder scan, remove PIV's, empty ostomy pouches, sitter 1:1care, operate all lift equipment, postmortem care, occupied bed changes, BH/Withdrawal patients, donning/doffing PPE, attach telemetry leads, strict I & O's for drains, ambulation assist/drains/walker, chest tubes, gait belt application/usage
