We offer a 15% shift differential for our overnight CNA team members working 10:00?p.m. to 6:00?a.m. Join our care team and make a difference while enjoying a peaceful, focused work environment where your skills shine and your presence truly matters.

Requirements

• Current Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) certification in good standing
• A dependable, calm presence-especially in the quiet overnight hours
• Someone who values resident dignity, respect, and connection
• Ability to work independently and as part of a caring team

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents during the overnight hours
• Assist with personal hygiene, mobility, and comfort needs
• Document care provided and report any changes in residents' conditions
• Ensure a clean, safe, and restful environment for residents
• Support your fellow team members to ensure continuity of care through the night
