Requirements

Active Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner license in Pennsylvania
At least 2 years of clinical experience
Certification in a relevant specialty area
Strong foundation in family planning, reproductive health, and preventive care
Ability to travel locally as needed for coverage or training
Commitment to patient-centered care

Master's or DNP preferred

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive primary care and women's health services to diverse patient populations
Conduct physical examinations, diagnose conditions, and develop evidence-based treatment plans
Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests within full scope of practice
Perform procedures including IUD insertions, contraceptive counseling, colposcopy (if certified), and reproductive health services
Collaborate with physicians, medical assistants, and multidisciplinary care teams
Educate patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and treatment options
Utilize UpToDate and evidence-based resources for clinical decision-making
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and outcome tracking
