About the Role: We're looking for a Certified Nurse Midwife to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll provide full-scope midwifery care, including obstetric, gynecologic, and newborn services. You'll collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure every patient receives high-quality, personalized care.
Requirements
- Licensed Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) in the state of Nebraska
- 3-7 years of experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
- Flexible, adaptable, and organized
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive OB/GYN care in both clinical and hospital settings
- Support and manage labor and delivery with a focus on low-intervention birth when appropriate
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Participate in staff meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing education
- Serve as a compassionate resource and advocate for patients throughout their reproductive journey
