Requirements
- Current CNA certification or willingness to obtain within 120 days (we'll help you get there)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependability and a willingness to learn
- Ability to follow healthcare regulations and facility policies
- A genuine interest in caring for others
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to resident call lights
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility
- Safely reposition residents and provide physical support as needed
- Monitor and record food and fluid intake/output
- Follow dietary guidelines, allergies, and preferences
- Observe and report changes in condition to nursing staff
- Build respectful, supportive relationships with residents
