About The Position
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, to hospice and pallitive patients. This is a great opportunity for CNAs looking for consistent hours and competitive pay.
Requirements
- Active Florida CNA license (in good standing)
- Current BLS certification (preferred)
- Minimum 6 months of CNA experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Provide mobility assistance and repositioning to maintain skin integrity
- Support patients with feeding and hydration
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
- Communicate effectively with nurses and healthcare team members
- Respond promptly to patient needs and call lights
- Respectfully maintain dignity for patients in the end of life
