About The Position
We are hiring dedicated, compassionate Nurse Aides, CNAs, and Caregivers to provide resident-focused, quality care for elder Franciscan sisters in a convent home facility in Lodi, NJ (near Felician University and Immaculate Conception High School). Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent required.
Nice To Haves
- Current or lapsed Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification is a PLUS but not required.
- Long-term resident care or home care experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Our Nurse Aide / CNA / Caregiver provides direct care to elder Franciscan sisters including assistance with personal hygiene, dressing, dining, transporting, and restorative care.
- Our Nurse aides are responsible for documenting care for our sisters as required and communicating with residents, family members, management, and staff to ensure quality care.
- This position also assists and collaborates with the nursing staff with duties related to the ongoing needs of the residents according to established standards.
