The hourly pay rate for this position is $15.50 - $21.00 for Nurse Aides and CNAs. Wages/pay rate will be determined based on factors such as CNA certification, the candidate's relevant work experience/qualifications, and internal equity. Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent required.
Nice To Haves
- Current or lapsed Certified Nurse Aide certification on file with the state in which the health services are located is a PLUS but not required.
- Long-term resident care or home care experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Our Nurse Aide / CNA / Caregiver provides direct care to elder Franciscan sisters including assistance with personal hygiene, dressing, dining, transporting, and restorative care.
- Our Nurse aides are responsible for documenting care for our sisters as required and communicating with residents, family members, management, and staff to ensure resident quality care.
- This position also assists and collaborates with the nursing staff with duties related to the ongoing needs of the residents according to established standards.
