You are a dependable and compassionate Certified Nurse Aide who brings peace of mind and professionalism during the quiet hours of the night. A Night in the Life: Assist residents with personal care needs such as hygiene, grooming, and repositioning Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the licensed nursing staff Provide support with toileting, transfers, and mobility Maintain a clean, safe, and restful environment for residents Document care provided and maintain accurate records as required Respond to call lights and ensure resident comfort during overnight hours Communicate respectfully with residents and work collaboratively with overnight team members Adhere to infection control policies and follow all safety procedures Qualifications:
Requirements
- Must be a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) with a valid Kansas certification and CPR certification
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and attentive overnight
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care needs such as hygiene, grooming, and repositioning
