A Day in the Life: Assist residents with daily living activities such as dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, and meals Take and record vital signs including temperature, pulse, respiration, and weight Provide support with mobility, positioning, and transfers using safe techniques Maintain a clean and comfortable environment for residents Communicate changes in resident condition to nursing staff Collaborate with the care team to ensure a personalized and high-quality care experience Follow all infection control procedures and adhere to facility safety protocols Qualifications:

Requirements

  • Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in the State of Kansas
  • CPR certification required
  • Strong attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
