We are seeking a flexible and caring Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join us on a PRN status , helping us deliver exceptional service and comfort to our residents in a 53 resident senior bed facility. Requirements

  • Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification required
  • Prior experience in a long-term care or senior living environment preferred
  • Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude towards residents
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including 5 AM to 5 PM or 5PM - 5AM schedules as needed
  • Ability to lift, move, and assist residents with mobility and daily activities

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a long-term care or senior living environment preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
  • Monitor and document residents’ health status and report any changes to nursing staff
  • Support residents in maintaining their dignity and independence
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
  • Collaborate with team members to coordinate resident care plans
  • Follow all safety and infection control protocols
