Requirements

Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in the state of Iowa, or ability to transfer certification if relocating.
Strong commitment to resident-centered care, professionalism, and teamwork.
Compassionate, respectful, and patient demeanor.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in bathing/personal hygiene care is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide bathing services and assist residents with personal hygiene as a Bath Aide.
Assist with activities of daily living, including dressing, eating, mobility, toileting, and grooming.
Monitor and promptly report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all residents.
Deliver high-quality, compassionate care with dignity and respect.
