Bath Aide - Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Schedule Day Shift - 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Evening Shift - 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Requirements

• Must be Active on the Minnesota Nursing Registry
• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Must be able to read, write, and follow directions

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with basic personal cares including bathing or showering
• Escort residents to and from meals, activities, and events
• Accurately complete daily charting and documentation
• Monitor and promptly report any changes in resident condition to the nurse
• Support resident mobility using appropriate equipment and follow individualized care plans
• Adhere to all established infection control and safety policies and procedures
