Requirements
- State-approved Hospice Aide/CNA training (75+ hrs)
- CPR certified
- 18+
- Reliable transportation
- valid driver’s license
- comfortable with end-of-life care
Responsibilities
- assist with daily living needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, and mobility support
- monitor and report changes in condition
- provide companionship
- offer respite care for family caregivers
- following a care plan created by the clinical team
