Requirements

  • Active Certified Medication Aide certification (in good standing)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of hands-on experience as a CMA, preferably in a dynamic healthcare setting
  • Expertise in safe, accurate medication administration
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Compassionate, caring approach to resident care
  • Comfort with electronic health records and technology

Responsibilities

  • Administer medications with precision and care during overnight hours
  • Monitor residents’ well-being and respond to their needs with compassion
  • Maintain accurate medication records and ensure compliance at all times
  • Communicate clearly with families and healthcare teams as needed
  • Support residents with empathy, kindness, and professionalism—making their nights safe and comfortable
