Requirements
- Current Kansas CNA and CMA certifications, plus valid CPR certification
- Compassionate communication, reliability, and strong documentation habits
Nice To Haves
- Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and ambulation
- Assist residents with meals, toileting, and daily living activities
- Accurately administer prescribed medications and document according to protocols
- Monitor for adverse medication reactions and report to supervising nurse
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized care and medication environment
- Support rehabilitation efforts and resident mobility goals
- Communicate resident needs and changes effectively to the nursing team
- Ensure comfort, respect, and dignity for all residents
- Contribute to a positive and supportive environment for residents and staff
Benefits
- Pay: $16.25/hr starting base pay, based on experience
- Shift Differential: Additional $2.00/hr for 2nd shift
- Weekend Differential: Additional $2.00/hr when scheduled on weekends
- Attendance Bonus: Available Perfect Attendance bonus of $2.00/hr
