The CMT is responsible for adhering to VOA Mid-States policies and procedures, as well as the regulations and guidelines of the Kentucky Board of Nursing, due to the medication monitoring under the delegation of a Registered Nurse. The Certified Medical Technician (CMT) provides direct medical support to individuals receiving treatment for substance use disorders and co-occurring behavioral health conditions in a residential treatment setting. The CMT assists licensed nursing and medical staff with medication administration, health monitoring, documentation, MAT/MOUD coordination, and client support in alignment with Kentucky regulations, trauma-informed practices, and program standards. Schedule / Hours Monday–Friday: Morning shift: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM Evening shift: 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM Rotating weekend coverage during the same morning and evening hours Ability to work early mornings, evenings, and rotating weekends is required to support residential programming, medication monitoring times, and client care needs
