About The Position

Highpoint Health with Ascension Saint Thomas is seeking a dedicated Certified Medical Assistant to join our Family Wellness Clinic in Winchester, TN. This is a full-time, weekday position in an outpatient primary care setting, providing direct support to our clinical team and ensuring high-quality patient care.

Requirements

• Current BLS certification
• Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) credential

Nice To Haves

• Prior outpatient or family medicine experience (not required)

Responsibilities

• Support providers in delivering patient-centered care for approximately 30-35 patients per day
• Perform clinical duties such as patient intake, vitals, charting, and assisting with exams or procedures
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR and ensure compliance with clinic policies and standards
• Collaborate with the clinic team to promote a positive, efficient, and compassionate environment
