Requirements
- Previous experience working in a Physician’s office
- Great attitude and engages patients with a smile
- Team player and problem solver
- Ability to interact positively and proactively at all levels of the organization and with all physicians.
Nice To Haves
- CMA, CCMA, or RMA is preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of patient care related tasks such as rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, and assisting the provider as necessary.
- Use our EMR system
- Registering patients
- Insurance verification
- Scanning medical records
- Phoning patients with results and proper medical documentation.
- Providing quality patient care to all ages while maintaining patient confidentiality.
