About The Position
Attentive Care Service Agency is a licensed home care provider committed to offering compassionate, high-quality services to clients/patients in the comfort of their homes. We are currently hiring a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to support both field visits and office operations.
Requirements
- Active Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification (AAMA, AMT, or equivalent)
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation (own vehicle), and willingness to travel locally
- CPR certification (current or able to obtain)
- Comfortable with both in-field visits and administrative/clerical work
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- Home care or healthcare office experience is preferred but will train
Responsibilities
- Conduct basic clinical assessments in clients' homes
- Take and record vital signs and client updates
- Provide medication reminders and observe client condition
- Communicate changes in patients status to the supervising nurse
- Assist with intake paperwork and client charting
- Organize and maintain medical records and documentation
- Communicate with clinical staff, patients, and providers as needed
- Help coordinate scheduling, follow-up care and billing
