Location: 42nd & L St Clinic Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 8a-630p (Off on Wednesday's) We are looking for a Certified Medical Assistant / Medical Assistant (NOT Med Aide / CNA) to join our compassionate, patient-centered family medicine clinic! As our Certified Medical Assistant/Medical Assistant (NOT Med Aide / CNA), you will be the vital link between our patients and providers, ensuring seamless communication and high-quality care for our diverse patient population. This is a dynamic role where you'll balance clinical and administrative tasks, bringing both your medical knowledge and language skills to the forefront every day. CHI Health requires that ALL Medical Assistants and Certified Medical Assistants MUST be a graduate of a medical assisting program accredited by the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES) or Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education (CAAHEP) If you are an EMT/Paramedic, LPN or an RN (Nurse) and you are interested in making a difference please apply! Requirements
- Graduate of a medical assisting program accredited by the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES) or Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education (CAAHEP)
- Successfully completed Medication Aide 40-hour course or current/valid
- Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association
