Responsibilities
- Completes administrative and clinical tasks in offices, hospitals, or other healthcare facilities.
- Works with physicians and other medical professionals.
- Helps with tasks like filing insurance forms or providing clinical care to patients.
- Interviews patients, measures vital signs, and records information on patients' charts.
- Bridges the gap between patient care and administrative tasks.
- Ensures efficient operations in a medical office.
- Communicates with insurance companies, provides customer service, accepts payments, and takes care of other essential tasks in medical facilities.
