Job Summary: As a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), youll bring kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness to every participant interaction. Youll provide direct care, support providers, and help the clinic run smoothly making each participant feel safe, comfortable, and valued. Hourly Wage: $ 20.00 /hr. to start - $21.00 /hr. after 90 days Schedule: First shift, full-time hours. Specific work hours will be established in consultation with your supervisor. Assist providers during exams, procedures, and treatments; administer medications and immunizations according to guidelines. Perform lab tests, collect and prepare specimens, and help maintain clinical equipment and supplies. Coordinate participant flow in the clinic including scheduling, pre-visit planning, and accurate EHR documentation. Provide participant education on medications, treatments, diet, and follow-up care. Act as a key connector between participants, providers, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members for smooth communication and follow-through. Maintain compliance with infection control, safety, confidentiality standards, and PACE program regulations. Participate in morning huddles, quality improvement activities, and interdisciplinary care discussions to improve outcomes and clinic efficiency. Everyones journey is unique.
