About The Position

This position is responsible for a full range of building and equipment repairs. Schedule: Monday – Friday with rotating on call weekend and night shifts 1st Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm Work Location: 5600 4th Ave NE, Minot, ND 58703 Benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with match, STD/LTD/AD&D/Life, HSA, FSA, EAP, Hospital indemnity, Accident Insurance, Identity and Fraud Protection Plan, Legal, and Critical Illness. Responsibilities

• Performs minor building maintenance work-carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, Hvac
• Performs scheduled and preventive maintenance on building and equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints
• Operate shuttle wagon, payloader, forklift, JD tractor
• Variety of landscaping, mowing, spraying of grounds
• Will work with 3 phase electrical system
• Needs mechanical abilities
• Perform safety inspections in manufacturing or industrial setting
• Inspect machinery or equipment to determine adjustments or repairs needed
• Understand service or repair manuals
• Move or lift heavy objects
• Must be available to work overtime, weekends, & be on call
