Requirements
- Must provide a copy of his/her certifications
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- General understanding of material pricing
- Ability to complete tasks efficiently and promptly
- Strong communication skills, especially in maintaining consistent contact with the vendor manager
- Professional attitude and accountability on the job
- Knowledgeable about all safety requirements
Responsibilities
- Serve the client— Oversee all site inspections and perform thorough evaluations of reported issues.
- Conduct proper inspections to accurately identify the problem.
- Provide detailed and precise material pricing and estimated labor hours.
- Ensure all assessments are complete and reliable.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and follow company guidelines throughout the process.
- Professional Conduct and Compliance— Maintain punctuality and a high level of professionalism at all times.
- Demonstrate respectful and courteous behavior with tenants while on-site.
- Follow all instructions provided by the vendor manager to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
