About The Position
Senior Helpers - Cherry Hill is seeking compassionate and reliable NJ Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Companions to provide exceptional in-home care to our clients in Camden, Burlington, Gloucester, Salem and Cumberland counties of NJ. This role involves supporting seniors and individuals with daily living activities to promote their independence and enhance their quality of life. Areas we service are Marlton, West Deptford, Sicklerville, Penns Grove, Mount Laurel, Evesham, Cherry Hill, Blackwood, Monroeville, Maple Shade, Berlin, Voorhees, Atco, W oolwich, Haddon Township, Palmyra, Moorestown, Palmyra, Williamstown Senior Helpers - Cherry Hill is a trusted leader in in-home care services, dedicated to providing compassionate and professional care to seniors and individuals who wish to age in place. Requirements
- Current certification as a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible availability to accommodate client needs.
- Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes in the Marlton NJ area.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients to reduce feelings of loneliness.
- Help with light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
- Monitor clients’ health status and report any changes to nursing staff or family members as appropriate.
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients in their homes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.
