About The Position

Traditions Home Health Services is currently seeking compassionate, skilled, reliable, and experienced Home Health Aides or CNAs for the Hyannis/Marstons Mills area to assist with our client who is in need of support and companionship. Our client is seeking an outstanding HHA or CNA to assist with awake overnight shift, assist client to the bathroom or commode, ensure client safety. HHA or CNA must exude kindness and professionalism. Available Shifts: Weekdays: Monday through Fridays Overnight shifts 10pm-7am Here at Traditions Home Health Services, we offer a small consistent team for our clients. These would be permanent hours. Job Description: Awake overnight shift Assist client to the bathroom or commode Assure client's brief is clean and dry Provide compassionate conversation Encourage client with fluid intake Receive and give report to existing live-in aide Documenting every 1-2 hours Requirements are as follows: Home Health Aide Certification and or CNA Certification 2+Years experience working with your Certification Must be kind, compassionate, reliable, and skilled HHA/CNA Clean driving record, ability to pass a CORI check Current TB test, QuantiFERON Gold Test, or X-ray Speak, read, write the English language clearly, and effective communication skills. You must own a smart phone. Requirements

• Home Health Aide Certification and or CNA Certification
• 2+Years experience working with your Certification
• Must be kind, compassionate, reliable, and skilled HHA/CNA
• Clean driving record, ability to pass a CORI check
• Current TB test, QuantiFERON Gold Test, or X-ray
• Speak, read, write the English language clearly, and effective communication skills
• You must own a smart phone.
