About The Position
Roze Room is a leading provider of Hospice and Palliative Care, celebrating 25 years of service to Southern California communities. Seeking a Per Diem Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) Must be able to commute Ventura County areas. Hospice experience is preferred. Salary: $21.00 - $23.00/hr POSITION SUMMARY Available CHHA positions include full-time (benefited), part time and per diem options. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, the CHHA provides personal care services to hospice patients at their residence and in accordance with the plan of treatment as assigned by the RN Case Manager. The role of the CHHA is to increase the level of comfort, maintain patient hygiene and dignity and provide temporary respite and relief from total care responsibilities for the primary caregiver. Must be able to document in clinical record, follow assignments, utilize computers and be comfortable with electronic medical records.
Requirements
- Current CHHA certification from the State of California.
- Valid driver's license, and auto insurance, reliable and well maintained transportation.
