About The Position

BAYADA is seeking Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA) to provide meaningful personal care, household support, and companionship services to adults, enabling them to live safely and independently at home. The role involves supporting clients one-on-one with activities of daily living. BAYADA is a mission-driven, not-for-profit organization committed to providing high-quality care and fostering a supportive employee experience. The company offers training, flexibility, and a dedicated team. This position is for serving patients in Camden, Burlington, Gloucester, Cumberland, and Salem counties in BAYADA’s ACSP Division. BAYADA is urgently hiring and offers training for CHHA certification.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care services, household support, and companion care (homemaker) services following a written plan of care by a registered nurse.
Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
Provide household support such as light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
Assist with range of motion exercises.
Assist with ambulation, transfers, and the use of mechanical lifting devices.
Provide medication reminders or assistance.
Perform vital sign checks (temperature, pulse, respiration).
