About The Position

We are currently recruiting for a Home Health Aide (HHA) to reliably serve patients in the following counties [Camden, Burlington, Gloucester, Cumberland, Salem] in BAYADA’s ACSP Division. BAYADA is urgently hiring and offers training for CHHA certification, with open enrollment for courses priced at $300 all-inclusive. Interviews are available now for Day, Evening, and Weekend shifts. Assistance with the application to be a CHHA with the New Jersey Consumer Affairs Board of Nursing is provided. Requirements

  • Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned

  • Minimum one year work experience
  • Current HHA - Home Health Aide license listed in good standing with the board

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care services, household support, and companion care (homemaker) services to help adults stay safe and independent at home
  • Help clients with activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care
  • Provide household support: light housekeeping, laundry, bed making
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding
  • Perform range of motion/exercises
  • Assist with ambulation (Transfers/use of mechanical lifting devices)
  • Provide medication reminders and assistance
  • Conduct vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
