Requirements
- Active HHA certification
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance
- Minimum of 1 year HHA experience
- Basic medical knowledge
- Able to work independently and follow instructions
- Strong communication skills
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and able to maintain confidentiality
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing) in patients’ homes
- Assist with mobility and safe transfers
- Administer medications as directed
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team
