About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care has immediate openings for Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) or Certified Nursing Assistant to care for clients in the Wilmington, DE area. As a valued member of our home care team, you will be supported , respected, and heard.

Requirements

• HHA Certification required
• CNA License
• Must include 75+ hours of approved training
• Proof of HHA training and CNA certification

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Perform range of motion exercises
• Support transfers and use of mechanical lifting devices
• Check vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration)
• Complete home management tasks: laundry, meal prep, bed making, light housekeeping
• Assist with ambulation
