Requirements

• Active New Jersey CHHA certification
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Valid photo ID or driver’s license
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
• 1 step PPD completed within the last year

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED
• CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, and personal care
• Prepare meals and support proper nutrition
• Provide mobility assistance including transfers, walking, and positioning
• Perform light housekeeping and home organization
• Handle laundry and linen changes
• Help maintain a safe home environment and reduce fall risks
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Aid with activities of daily living
• Assist with shopping, errands & transportation
• Pick up prescriptions & assist with telehealth visits
