Requirements

Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy (DPT/MPT) or Occupational Therapy (OTD/OTR) program
Licensed Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist in the State of Washington (or eligible for licensure)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
Motivated to pursue continuing education and professional development
Strong manual therapy and splinting skills
Experience communicating with referral sources and case managers in return-to-work cases
