About The Position

The CVOR Coordinator CFA supervises, coordinates, and performs patient care delivery on assigned unit and is responsible for coordinating and planning assigned shift activities in advance to ensure standards of patient care are met. Acts as a clinical resource and role model and provides self-directed, effective services to groups of patients, physicians, and staff.

Requirements

High School Grad or Equiv Required
2 years Related Experience Required
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)
Completion of Certified Surgical Assisting Program or have completed the requirements set by and have been certified by the NBSTA or ABSA or NCCSA

Responsibilities

Communicates with courtesy when interacting with internal or external customersin person or on the telephone.
Demonstrates respect for co-workers and develops positive working relationships with other departments.
Participates in hourly rounding for outcomes using the AIDET technique.
