Who We're Looking For A Certified Dental Assistant who: Holds current Dental Assistant (DA) certification. Holds a valid X-ray certification. Has an upbeat, energetic personality and a positive, growth-minded attitude. Enjoys building strong patient relationships and supporting the clinical team. Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, and fun environment. Communicates proactively and professionally with patients and teammates. Your Role & Impact As a Certified Dental Assistant at Watts Dental, you will: Support our doctors and hygienists in delivering excellent, efficient patient care. Take high-quality digital X-rays and assist with a wide range of procedures. Prepare treatment rooms, manage instruments, and maintain infection control standards. Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for during their visit. Grow personally and professionally while helping others do the same.
