About The Position

We are seeking a Certified/Registered Dental Assistant to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will assist dentists with dental procedures, take and develop dental X-rays, maintain patient records, and ensure the dental office is sanitized and well-organized.

Requirements

• Certification/Registration as a Dental Assistant
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Current CPR certification
• Familiarity with dental software (e.g., Denticon)
• Willingness to continuously learn and improve skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for dental procedures
• Assist dentists during procedures by handing them instruments and anticipating their needs
• Take and develop dental X-rays
• Maintain dental equipment and ensure proper sterilization
• Educate patients on proper dental hygiene practices
• Keep accurate patient records
• Ensure the dental office is clean, organized, and stocked with supplies
