Certified Case Manager
About The Position
Community Behavioral Health Agency serving Palm Beach County hiring Case managers to serve children, adults and families. Independent contractor position with flexible schedule. Full time hours (25+ hours) preferred. We are currently seeking Targeted Case Managers! Coordinate needed services for children, adults & families in Palm Beach County. Detailed description will be provided during interview. Requirements
- CBHCM - FCB Certification (REQUIRED).
- PALM BEACH COUNTY, must be willing to travel.
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work Related Field
- Min. 2 yrs experience preferred
- FCB - Certified Behavioral Health Case Manager required.
- Basic Knowledge of Community Resources
- In person position
- BA or BS Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Criminal Justice or Human Services related field.
