We are expanding our team and seeking Certified Caregivers III/Med Techs who share our commitment to dignity, respect, and excellence in resident care.

Requirements

Valid Arizona Caregiver Certification
Valid Arizona Memory Care Certification
Current Fingerprint Clearance Card
Current CPR and First Aid Certifications
Ability to pass background and drug screenings
TB test (provided if needed)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
A genuine passion for serving older adults

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate assistance and personal care while promoting independence and honoring resident choice.
Conduct routine wellness monitoring and proactively respond to resident needs.
Perform and record vital signs, blood glucose checks, and routine health assessments.
Assist with toileting, incontinence care, mobility support, transfers, and use of assistive devices.
Support residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and repositioning to ensure comfort and prevent complications.
Provide dignified and compassionate end-of-life care when needed.
Assist with medication management in alignment with certification and regulatory guidelines.
Support residents with eating and hydration, including specialized feeding needs when applicable.
